Khalid Mujahid's death in UP Police van shocked the whole country again, who was about to release after Nimesh Commission report and this report clearly says that the charges against Khalid Mujahid and Tariq Qasmi are false and recommended action against named police officers who framed them and fabricated evidence to implicate them. Nimesh Commision clearly says that Khalid Mujahid was innocent a...nd his release was only a matter of time.

Khalid Mujahid was threatened by Police of killing him in encounter several times and this was told to court also. It seems that Police Officers who arrested him and fabricated false evidences against him were about to be prosecuted, that's why this INNOCENT INDIAN CITIZEN is dead now. FIR and ordering CBI inquiry in this incident under pressure of public is itself a proof that these policemen may have killed him.

It seems that the GROUP OF KILLERS of Indian Citizens finally killing innocents out of court because they don't believe in Indian Law System. Now they are doing their judgment out of court. They also threaten that court will free them because they have no evidence or fabricated evidences. This is not the only incident, before it, several other incidents happened in high security in Pune, Jammu & Hyderabad.

Adv Shoaib who was fighting the case of Khalid Mujahid since he was arrested in 2007 left him at 3:17pm and around 5pm he got the call that Khalid died of heart attack though he was fine when dispatched from jail (confirmed by Barabanki jail superintendent). Adv Shoaib said that the post-mortem shows several marks of torture and serious injuries on the body, deep swelling on his face, nails are dark, signs of strangulation on neck are visible, signs of bleeding from nose and ear, injuries on thighs.

Popular Front of India demands for fair inquiry and arrest of all police officers involved in his death & also those police officers who arrested him in 2007. We also demand to table the Nimesh Commission report & CBI fair & quick inquiry.
