Just now Sreeshanth was realesed from the Thihar jail. He was imprisoned by the Bombay police for the spot fixing in IPL cricket 2013. All the other people who was arrested also got bail last evening from the Bombay high court. High court asks the Police to submit the proof for that they use the MACOCA Act against Sreeshanth. But the Police fails in that. As there is no enough proof the high court approved the bail and all those people realeased. Sreeshanth thanked all the supporters for praying for him. He told that this arrest and the 15 day imprisonment make him to know about lot of new things in life and a good lessons.
Lot of politicians and political party like SDPI came against adding MACOCA act in Sreeshanth's case. They mentioned that no MACOCA or this type of rules was added in the 2G corruption issue or other corruption cases which the big politicians was included and why only for Sreeshanth. People like Abdul naser madani abd others are still in the jail with pathetic condition without any bail. Even Police cannot submit any proof against him while the real culprits in big corruptions are still outside roaming in front of police and Government. As per VYATHYASTHAN now Sreeshanth should come against this kind of dual rules and help the people who is in his conditions.
